Why we check in
You might be wondering why you are getting these calls in the first place. Fair question.
What we ask
Three short questions about how work is going for you right now. Workload, support, and anything else weighing on you. You answer in your own voice in about ninety seconds. There is no quiz and no right answer.
What happens with your check-ins
Each check-in adds a small signal to a cohort-level picture your supervisor sees. Patterns trigger logged actions: a workload review, a roster change, a safety conversation. The point is to make small problems visible while they are still small.
What you get back
A workplace where the people in charge can see what is happening before things get bad. Echo gives them the evidence to act, and a record that they did. ISO 45003 — the international standard for psychosocial risk — is built around this kind of feedback loop.
Why ninety seconds
Long surveys get skipped or rushed. Ninety seconds of voice is short enough to actually do, and rich enough to carry tone and context that a checkbox cannot.
How to skip or stop
You can skip any check-in by ignoring the call or text. You can stop them all by replying STOP, or by emailing privacy@echo-control.com.
