Reply STOP to the text

Reply STOP to the number that texted you. Send your reply to that same number — not a separate shortcode. Carrier networks honor STOP automatically; once we receive it we cannot keep texting you even if we wanted to.

Email our privacy inbox

Email privacy@echo-control.com — a human reads this inbox during business hours. Use it to pause check-ins, request a copy or erasure of your data, or ask us anything you do not want to put in a text reply.

What each option does

STOP ends the texts immediately and is logged with your carrier. The privacy email gives you a written record and a person to follow up with. Both end your check-ins. Use whichever fits.
