How to control your check-ins
If you want these to stop, here is how. No catch, no "are you sure?" loop.
Stop all check-ins
Reply STOP to any text from Echo. We stop. There is no follow-up text asking you to reconsider. The next time someone tries to enroll you, you will be asked again — but until then, silence.
Skip just this one
Ignore the call or text. Nothing happens. Skipping a check-in is not flagged to your supervisor. There is no streak to break.
Email us about anything else
privacy@echo-control.com is a real inbox monitored by a human. Use it for questions about your data, to request a copy of what we hold, or anything that does not fit a yes/no opt-out.
Have your past check-ins deleted
Email privacy@echo-control.com with the word "erase" in the subject. We will delete your transcripts and scores within thirty days and confirm by email.
