Getting started
Welcome to Echo, there
Your employer, your organisation, has enrolled your team in Echo as a workplace health and safety check-in. Before your first call, please review what Echo is, how your information is protected, and set your call preferences.
You choose what to say
You can answer briefly, give more detail, skip a question, or end the call.
Your call is not handed to management
Your employer does not hear the recording or receive a transcript of what you said.
The aim is safer work
Echo helps identify work issues across a team so they can be dealt with before they become bigger problems.
What is Echo?
Echo is a short phone check-in, usually 1 to 5 minutes. An AI voice asks about how work is going, including workload, fatigue, support, pressure, and anything making the job harder or less safe.
Why is this mandatory?
Your employer is using Echo as part of its workplace health and safety process. You may be expected to take the call, like other safety checks at work, but you are not required to share private details you do not want to share.
