Echo x Bare June Promotion — Terms & Conditions

("Promotion")

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is: Venture Vanguard Pty Ltd (ABN 65672903972) ("Promoter").

1.2 The Promotion is conducted in connection with: Bare Funeral Group Pty Ltd (ABN 57 635 013 286) ("Participating Organisation").

2. Promotion type and prize pool

2.1 This Promotion is a trade promotion / promotional game with a prize awarded by chance.

2.2 Total maximum prize pool value is AUD $500, comprising one (1) x $500 Prezzee Smart eGift Card. The recipient may redeem the prize as a prepaid Mastercard or swap it for a gift card from any of the 100+ brands available on the Prezzee platform.

2.3 The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

3. Promotion period

3.1 The Promotion begins at 12:00am AWST on 12 May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AWST on 24 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

4. Eligibility

4.1 Entry is open only to individuals who, during the Promotion Period:

(a) are employees or long-term contractors of the Participating Organisation;

(b) are aged 18 years or over; and

(c) are ordinarily resident in Western Australia (WA), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), or Victoria (VIC) ("Eligible Entrants").

4.2 Entries from residents of other Australian states/territories, or from outside Australia, are not eligible and will be deemed invalid.

4.3 Eligible Entrants must remain an employee or long-term contractor of the Participating Organisation at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.

4.4 Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate family members), and any person involved in conducting the Promotion or determining winners, are ineligible.

4.5 Participation in Echo is optional. This Promotion does not form part of remuneration and does not affect employment conditions.

5. No cost to enter

5.1 Entry into the Promotion is free. No purchase is required.

5.2 Eligible Entrants may incur their usual mobile/internet charges when participating in Echo. The Promoter does not reimburse those charges.

6. How to enter and qualify

6.1 To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must complete at least one (1) Good Faith Conversation (as defined in clause 7) during the Promotion Period.

6.2 Weekly limit: a maximum of one (1) Good Faith Conversation per Eligible Entrant shall earn an entry per calendar week (Monday–Sunday) during the Promotion Period. Additional conversations are permitted but will not earn additional entries.

6.3 Missed calls: if a scheduled Echo check-in is missed, Eligible Entrants may use the booking link sent via SMS after the missed call to rebook before the end of that calendar week (Sunday). Only completed calls count toward entry.

6.4 If the Promoter reasonably believes multiple accounts/phone numbers have been used by the same person to gain an advantage, the Promoter may treat them as a single entrant or disqualify the entrant.

7. Definition: "Good Faith Conversation"

7.1 A "Good Faith Conversation" means an Echo conversation that:

(a) is completed during the Promotion Period;

(b) lasts at least ninety (90) seconds from connection to completion;

(c) includes a genuine attempt to respond to the prompts (e.g., not silence, not repeated nonsense, not abusive content); and

(d) is not (in the Promoter's reasonable opinion) automated, spam, or intentionally designed to manipulate the Promotion.

7.2 Conversations that are primarily voicemail, hang-ups, profanity/abuse directed at the system or staff, or deliberately false/meaningless entries may be deemed not to be Good Faith Conversations.

7.3 The Promoter may use system logs (including timestamps, durations, completion status, and basic engagement signals) to assess whether conversations meet this definition.

8. Draw details

8.1 Draw date/time: Thursday 25 June 2026. The draw will occur within one (1) month of the end of the Promotion Period.

8.2 Draw location: Perth, Western Australia and/or conducted electronically from that location.

8.3 The draw will be conducted using a random selection method determined by the Promoter.

8.4 Each Eligible Entrant with at least one entry receives one entry in the draw.

9. Winner notification and publication

9.1 The winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the draw by SMS using the contact details associated with their Echo participation.

9.2 The Promoter may also notify the Participating Organisation of the winner's first name, last initial, and state (e.g., "Sam P (VIC)"), unless the winner requests otherwise.

9.3 The Promoter will not publish or disclose any entrant's Echo conversation content as part of winner announcements.

10. Prize delivery

10.1 The prize will be issued within fourteen (14) days after the draw, subject to verification.

10.2 The Prezzee Smart eGift Card is subject to Prezzee's terms and conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any restrictions imposed by Prezzee or the recipient's chosen redemption method.

11. Unclaimed prizes and redraws

11.1 If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, or does not claim/accept delivery instructions within twenty-eight (28) days of the draw, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

11.2 If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entrants within seven (7) days of the unclaimed determination, at the same location and using the same method as the original draw.

11.3 Redraw winners will be notified in accordance with clause 9.

12. Verification and disqualification

12.1 The Promoter may verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms, including by requesting confirmation of employment/contractor status from the Participating Organisation.

12.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who is not eligible, tampers with the Promotion process, submits entries not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise damaging to the Promotion or the Promoter.

12.3 The Promoter's decisions under these Terms will be final, subject to applicable law.

13. Privacy

13.1 The Promoter will use personal information it holds about entrants to administer the Promotion, including determining qualification, conducting the draw, and delivering prizes.

13.2 The Promoter may share a list of entrants and winners with the Participating Organisation for Promotion administration and internal communication.

13.3 The Promoter will not share raw conversation audio/transcripts with the Participating Organisation for Promotion administration purposes, except to the extent required by law or with the entrant's consent.

13.4 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy at /echo-pilot-participant-information-privacy-notice/.

14. Liability

14.1 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

14.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or Echo, late/misdirected/incomplete communications, or any technical issues affecting participation.

14.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications of the prize. Entrants should seek their own advice.

15. General

15.1 The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws in WA, NSW, QLD, and VIC.

15.2 The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.

15.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Eligible Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
